Payment Options : I accept either 50% upfront (deposit) or full upfront via GCash or PayPal.

50% Deposit Req : A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot on my schedule. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before I begin your sketch. Once work has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it compensates for the reserved time and work started.

Final Payment : The remaining 50% balance is due after you review the final watermarked, low-resolution preview.

Delivery : Once the full payment is confirmed (screenshot/receipt required), you will receive the high-resolution, unwatermarked file via Google Drive.

Invoices : PayPal payments will be handled via an official invoice.

PayPal Transactions : For all PayPal transactions (both PHP and USD), the client is responsible for covering any associated transfer or service fees. The final invoice amount will be adjusted to ensure I receive the full quoted price.

Full Refund : If you cancel before any sketch or if I must cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances on my end (such as illness or an emergency), a full refund of your payment is absolutely okay.

Partial Refund : !! This is only applicable for clients who paid in full.

Turnaround Time (TAT) : The typical completion time for a rendered piece is 5 days to 1 week per piece, sketches 1-3 days per piece, beginning after the 50% is paid and the sketch is sent. TAT will extend if multiple slots are active and/or if emergencies occur. The artist will notify you if such circumstances happen.

Updates : I will keep you updated at key stages! (i.e., Sketch, Base Color, Render).

Revisions : Five (5) minor revisions are included for free during the sketch and basic color stage. Please specify your request in detail and include key references.

Major Revisions : Major changes (like re-drawing the pose or significant alterations after the rough sketch has been approved) or additional revisions after the 3 free revisions will be subject to a PHP 200 / $ 5 charge per change.

Rush Orders : Rush commissions are accepted on a limited basis <maximum of (1) active rush slot at a time>.

Rush Fee : A 50% surcharge on top of the base price will be applied. (e.g., ₱400 base = ₱600 total)

Priority : Rush clients are automatically moved to the front of the queue, ahead of standard commission slots.

Rush TAT : Rush commissions will be completed within 48–72 hours (2–3 days) from the moment the rough sketch is approved. This is a significantly faster turnaround compared to the standard 5 days to 1 week TAT.

Commercial Use Exception : Commercial use rights may be granted upon request for an additional 100% surcharge on top of the base commission price. This covers usage such as merchandise, streaming assets, advertisements, and other profit-generating purposes. Commercial use must be declared BEFORE the commission begins — retroactive licensing is not permitted.

CREDIT : You own the character, I own the artwork. Please post with credit (tag me !) if shared online.

Prohibited Uses : Do not claim the art as your own, edit it WITHOUT permission, trace it, use it for NFTs, or use it for AI training or generation.

Privacy : If you require the artwork to be kept completely private (not posted at all), a Private Commission Fee of 15% will be added to your final quote.

To Decline or Cancel : I may decline a commission request or cancel an ongoing project at any stage, particularly if the subject matter falls under my "Don'ts" or makes me uncomfortable. A reason and applicable refunds will be provided.

To Showcase Work : I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my portfolio and social media unless a privacy request is availed.

Final Delivery : Final artwork will be sent through a secure Google Drive link or via email to ensure the highest quality.

File Format : Standard delivery includes high-resolution PNG. The client may request for the transparent version for rendered pieces.

No Source Files: I do not send the original working file (e.g., the .PSD, .CLIP file) under any circumstances.

No Physical Items : No physical items will be shipped; this is a digital-only service.
